'Dual Screens' ALWAYS require that Windows be setup in 'extended' monitor mode AND that the USE3 Physiolob Option, 'dual' be checked.
Dual screens allow advanced users to watch all signals from a Master Screen on a main monitor (or laptop) and use a dual screen with just one signal for the cleint. This eliminates confusion about what signal is providing feedback.
NOTE: The Dual Screen you selected will automatically be disconnected every time you change a primary screen. The client screen will go blank.
This can be confusing to clients.
That is why you must use the Master Screen (or Master Animation Screen) during training.
If you must change a master screen, be sure to tell your client that their dual screen will also change!
Each Application has a master screen, 'Run Manual Session.' The master screen allows you to view all signals live, and select those signals you want the client to view on their screen, on a second monitor.
With our dual display mode, you can connect a second monitor to display a signal screen and a feedback screen at the same time.
Only use dual screens if you had previously set up both Windows and Physiolab for extended monitor mode.
[ If you do not, and you select ['apply'] a dual screen, it will write on top of your single monitor and corrupt you viewing.
You must exit completely and restart.]
DUAL SCREEN MENU
CLIENT-ONLY FEEDBACK SCREENS ON SECOND MONITOR:
Selecting the 'dual Screen' Sidebar Icon pops -up a new window.
SHOW/HIDE SUBWINDOWS.
This icon is rarely used in the current applications. It is used in specialty projects. When activated by a programmer, it will pop up a window of screen objects and allow you to activate or deactivate them one by one.
ONLY A FEW APPLICATIONS USE DUAL SCREENS IN THIS MANNER.
Usually, a master screen is already internally linked to an identical dual screen. This feature was requested by persons using the extended monitor mode, but desiring matching master and dual screens.
